I've not seen any serta ads on tv actually. I just like the sheep
but the sheeps do come with a tag saying "out of work because of
Serta"
Makes sense once you see the ad! The leader of the sheep
pleads with the lady, saying look, these sheep will be out of a job
if you don't count sheep before you sleep anymore! 
And the camera then zooms in one two
teary-eyed sheep... was one of them carrying a lamb or
something?... the lady looks at them, her heartstrings get tugged,
then she gives in and agrees to keep on counting sheep!
